This is such a fun project! Get a jump on Christmas
presents with this one. Pick out your favorite designer paper and get
started now!

First you are going to cut 1 piece of 4 x 10 inch pieces of
paper for your cover. I used a SU textured card stock. Cut a 4 x 10 inch
piece of designer paper for the inside.
Cut a 20 to 24 inch piece of ribbon to tie your book
closed. I used 18 here and would of liked it longer. Lay it down the center
of the cardstock and tape it in place.

Color the edges of the coasters to match your cardstock
with a marker. Then you are going to attach 2 coasters onto each end of the
4 x 10 piece using Tombrow glue. At the 1 inch mark on the cardstock between
the coasters attach a couple pieces of sticky tape. This is the spine on
your book.

Glue the top side of the coasters one at a time and
attach the designer paper. This picture is actually distorting the size of
the coasters but they are 4 x 4.
Cut Two 3 x 12 inch pieces of cardstock to make your
pullout book. Score at 3, 6 and 9 inches. Attach with sticky tape to the
book. The Rose Red pieces in the back are what they should look like when
folded.

I put this picture up to show you what not to do. On the
Berry Bliss scrapbook, see where the medallion with the pearl is? You do not
want to do that! If you notice the ribbon is under the medallion, the book
will not pull out as it should. Leave the ribbon loose and then decorate the
covers if you want. I was tired when I did this and just wasn't thinking! I
took the medallions off and covered the tops with designer paper. I had also
taped the ribbon so I had to cut it and attach more. I hate when I do
something so dumb! If someone can learn from it, I don't mind showing my
mistakes.
Here are couple of the pages inside finished waiting for
pictures. I am also waiting for a stamp set to get here this week to finish
the second square. The star pages are done with the large photo corner
punch. You need 4 of the larger ones.

There are lots of ways to decorate these 3 x 3 pages, but
I would suggest you have the pictures that you want to use before attaching
anything down. The corner punch pieces are just laid here to show you the
idea. On the piece which just has a squared showing I am waiting until I get
the stamp set Enjoy Every Moment so that page can be journaled on.
On the front, I used a background stamp with Versamark
and stamped the cover. Cut a 3 x 4 piece of designer paper and glue it down
for the binding. I used ribbon on both sides to create an edging. I
then punched out 3 scallops out of designer paper. I cut three 1 inch
circles and glued them on the center of the scallops. I used 3 flat pearls
out of the pretties kit for the centers and glued them on the book.
